Do not go here, I went here a week ago to get an overlay and the male worker Nicked my finger, fast forward to today my finger is turning green. I call for a refund and they tell me to come in to get it only for them to first try and say I hit my finger which I did not then they tried to say I had a hang nail which I DID NOT.

Absolute most horrible experience ever 10/10 do not recommend!! I had a vacation to go on went in on a Thursday to get a full set with GEL and a pedicure with GEL both white tip. There is only a man and lady working, the man serviced me rushed threw the full set witched started lifting come Saturday then gave me a 6 min GEL pedicure pretended to cut cuticles and one swipe of for the bottom of my feet and weak sugar scrub oil and a hot towel oh and let's not forget I had not cut my toe tails because I want the to be done nice for the trip so I'd thought just let them do it..... well he botched that to! The GEL on my toes came off on Saturday as well while I was on vacation! I came back in town on Tuesday and went back in there to get them fixed the man wasn't there but the lady was, she said okay I'll fix it..... man shows up immediate attitude and told me I did too much and it's been a whole week but GEL should last way longer than 3 days. I've had gel last on my nails for a whole two months and never come off like that. Told me he wasn't gonna fix it and I wasn't getting my money back. He is rude and unprofessional, and I wouldn't advise anybody to spend their money with people who don't realize just like them I work hard for my money too.

I don’t recommend this place at all if you’re new around Kannapolis like me and just moved here. I called and made an appointment. Mimi said she was free at 4 so I came at 3:55. After waiting 30 minutes she tells me to sit down. A long term client came in and she told me to get up. I waited until 5:00 it should never take that long and if so u said have pushed the appointment back but even if that was the case I’d never go back they are too judgmental for me.

Love this place. Never had a bad experience even when I needed a nail repair due to my negligence they fixed them no problem and wouldn't even take the money I offered. Very good decent prices less than 100 including tip for fill in and pedicure with gel.

I would not recommend this place. They are very rude and not friendly at all. Decided to try them this morning to get a manicure. When I asked Mimi about the Cateye polish to see which color between the two I picked was the lightest. She got very rude. Then said she was not doing my nails. I informed her I was paying her for a service. I have the right to ask questions. This place is terrible. I would have gave her a negative 10 if I could. Took my money and business to Pro Nails they are so friendly.
